Grade XII plus one year related clerical experience OR graduate of a recognized one year secretarial/business program

Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills

Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous change and problem solving required

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Solid knowledge of mechanical, math, and measurements skills

Manage the collection of on-site data using conventional survey methods combined with 3D Scanning Technologies

Demonstrate understanding of engineering needs onsite and knowledge of project documents

Previous experience with 3D scanning technology, applications, and industry processes is considered an asset

Excellent technical computer skills – AutoCAD, Rhino is an asset

Designing building components (Architectural panels, Glass and Glazing components) using as-built point cloud data

Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Project Management principles and their application

5+years of management experience in health care sector, preferred

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with providing and/or leading virtual care services within a healthcare environment, preferred

Demonstrated skill experience in Quality Improvement principles

5+ years’ experience leading large, complex initiatives from multiple perspectives

Experience in leading teams to successfully achieve outcomes of a complex nature

Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of business analysis experience or equivalent.

Knowledge of testing approaches including performance, usability, security, product acceptance, and user acceptance testing.

Experience in test leadership or coordination.

Experience with Heavy Equipment industry specific Dealer Management Software

Consults with dealership department management to review data, setups, configuration, and mappings

Customizes and implements IntelliDealer software to support dealership onboarding to a new Dealer Management System

Ability to recognize critical situations, make decisions, and take action. Informs management when necessary

Must have accounting practical knowledge or experience

Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and operating system knowledge

3+ years of related experience in mental health, addictions, geriatrics and/or social work.

Proven working knowledge of theories of addiction and evidence-based treatment models

Strong assessment, clinical and intervention skills.

Effective oral, written communication skills and documentation skills.
