Job Description
Join a fast-growing national not-for-profit company that assists healthcare organizations with the service needs of their medical equipment. The Data Entry Coordinators primary responsibility is to process supplier communications and documentation to facilitate operational performance. This role is critical to the overall client experience by ensuring there is no disruption of service.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Review of services provided to confirm they are covered by the program.
  • Resolve any specific service event issues with the supplier before submitting for payment review.
  • Database entry of service events, equipment and associated accessories, work orders, invoices, credits, cancellations, quotes, communication and contract references.
  • Answer queries from clients related to specific equipment coverage, misdirected invoices, work orders, parts and accessory arrival confirmation
  • Support critical workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Review and reconcile work orders to invoices.


Requirements


EDUCATION & TRAINING


  • Equivalent administration support services experience will be considered.
  • A college diploma/degree is preferred.


Work Experience


  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience would be beneficial.
  • 2+ years in a data entry role or similar position in Canada.


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong technical aptitude and a working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and understand how to manage difficult or emotionally charged situations in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize projects within a dynamic work environment.
  • An affinity for processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
  • Exhibits excellent comprehension abilities and effective interpersonal skills as this role will communicate with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • A "can do" attitude is required as the role may change as the needs of the business evolve.
  • A very high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up.
