Our well-established client in Thornhill has partnered with Kelly Services to recruit for a Data Entry Operator with experience in Oracle Cloud to join their dynamic team on a 3-month contract with the potential of extension. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining data in the Oracle Cloud system. Your meticulous approach and familiarity with Oracle Cloud will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data, allowing our organization to make informed business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain large amounts of data
• Enter data into the Oracle Cloud system accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate reports and provide feedback
• Monitor data entry operations to ensure accuracy
• Ensure accuracy of data by cross-checking and double-checking information
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues in data entry
• Follow data entry standards and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience making process workflows
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Experience with Oracle Cloud systems
• Experience using Power BI
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator
