Job Description
Are you a fantastic Administrator with a keen eye for detail and enjoy data entry work? Would you like to work for a growing, dynamic digital healthcare company? If so then this role could be for you!


This leading digital healthcare company in the heart of Windsor need an organised Data Entry Administrator to support the Supplier team including the Officers and Managers. The overview of the role is to populate data into the internal databases and portals to assist the teams in generating rotas for the external suppliers on the panel. Accuracy is of upmost importance and for someone that thrives with data entry and Administrative tasks.


The role is paying between £21,000 - £25,000, the hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm with a little flexibility required at times and also the role is relatively remote after training requiring only a few office visits a month!


Main Accountabilities


  • Reviewing number of appointments to ensure the agreed SLA’s are being met.
  • Entering data obtained from suppliers onto spreadsheets and the portals
  • Learn systems and stays updated on upgrades and procedural changes.
  • Checking targets are reached per month by the suppliers.
  • Communicating via email with suppliers to ensure changes to rotas are accurate.
  • Ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • General administration duties as requested
  • Liaise with other team members when necessary, regarding data changes
  • Review data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projects in order of importance.
  • Maintain shared inbox


Key Skills & Attributes Required:


  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Excellent communication (including written) friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work fast and to deadlines.
  • Highly Organised and able to work on own initiative (prioritising workloads)
  • Good knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word and Excel).
  • Great attention to detail.
