Job Description
Do you have exceptional MS Excel skills? Do you enjoy working with numbers?
If YES, we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are in search of a Data Administrator for one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company in Canada.
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and MS Excel skills as the main duties involve verifying and inputting information into the database system and generating reports accordingly.
Advantages
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with flexible shift options
  • Contract to hire - 6 months to start
  • Competitive salary $21/hr based on experience
  • Weekly pay cheques via direct deposit
Responsibilities
  • Identifying, reviewing and resolving all Scan Based Trading (SBT) rejects
  • Analyzing information gathered and reporting weekly and quarterly statistics
  • Correcting maintenance setup of customers currently involved with Scan Based Trading (SBT) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to resolve data issues
  • Creating and collecting quarterly customer shrink bills
  • Monitoring and validating receipts from retail customers and reconcile to global A/R system
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required as well as an analytical background
  • Post-secondary education in an accounting field, or equivalent experience an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office especially Microsoft Excel skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
