- Supporter la gestion des demandes de permis de travail et de visas.
- Répondre aux questions reliées aux conditions d’emploi des employés, i.e. congés, politiques, changement d’adresse etc.
- La possibilité de proposer des recommandations et apporter des améliorations à nos processus.
- Coordonner le processus d'entrevue de départ, y compris l'envoi du questionnaire, la mise à jour du tableau, la mise à jour du fichier de départ, collaboration avec l'équipe Workday etc
- Audit et correction des liens de subordination et des titres dans Workday (Organigramme)
- Participer au développement, à l’amélioration et à la documentation de nos processus.
- Santé et sécurité au travail : effectuer certains suivis et communications.
- Maintenir à jour les divers tracker/dashboard/dataset/formules dans BI
- Et collaborer sur plusieurs autres initiatives!
- Produire et maintenir des rapports hebdomadaires (départs, terminaisons etc..)
- Produire divers documents reliés à la gestion des ressources humaines, i.e. lettres de confirmation d’emploi, suivis de dossiers, promotions, transferts, terminaisons, etc.
- 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente en soutien administratif en ressources humaines
- Faire preuve de flexibilité, collaboration et d’initiative
- Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit (anglais et français)
- Maîtriser la suite Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Posséder un excellent sens de l’organisation
- Expérience avec un système de gestion RH (atout)

- Rôle hybride 30-40% (Centre de service 2-3 jours par semaine et déplacement dans les stations si nécessaire)
- Horaire flexible
- Support the management of work permit and visa applications.
- Occupational health and safety: perform some follow-ups and communications.
- Maintain various tracker/dashboard/dataset/forms in BI
- Produce and maintain weekly reports (departures, terminations etc..)
- Answer questions related to employees' employment conditions, i.e. leaves, policies, change of address, etc.
- Audit and correction of subordination links and titles in Workday (Organization chart)
- Produce various documents related to human resources management, i.e. employment confirmation letters, file follow-ups, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Participate in the development, improvement and documentation of our processes.
- Opportunity to share recommendations and make improvements in our processes

- Coordinate the exit interview process, including sending out the questionnaire, updating dashboards, updating the exit file, working with the Workday team, etc.
- Bilingualism in written and spoken English and French
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with an HR management system (asset)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support in human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Hybrid role 30-40% (Service Center 2-3 days a week and travel to stations when required)
