Analyste Sap Rh Jobs

L’Analyste SAP sera responsable de faire évoluer les modules SAP de l’entreprise, plus précisément SAP RH (SAP Human Resources), dont Organizational Management (OM) et SAP SuccessFactors.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Analyser les besoins et rédiger les spécifications techniques

• Recommander des solutions, favoriser l’optimisation et documenter la structure

• Collaborer au projet d’implantation de SAP SuccessFactors dans l’entreprise

• Contribuer au cycle de vie complet des projets (analyse, configuration, tests, déploiement, support)

• Rédiger la documentation technique et participer à la formation des utilisateurs

PROFIL

• 5+ années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste SAP

• Expérience professionnelle avec SAP RH, OM et SuccessFactors

• Aisance dans un environnement hautement personnalisé

• Bonne expérience en rédaction de spécifications techniques

• Bonnes habiletés de communication et esprit d’équipe

• Forte compréhension du concept d’intégration des modules SAP

• Débrouillardise et sens des responsabilités recherchées

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais), Espagnol fort atout

The SAP Analyst will be responsible for developing the company's SAP modules, more specifically SAP HR (SAP Human Resources), including Organizational Management (OM) and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Analyze needs and write technical specifications

• Recommend solutions, drive optimization and document structure

• Collaborate in the implementation project of SAP SuccessFactors in the company

• Contribute to the complete project lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, support)

• Write technical documentation and participate in user training

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Analyst

• Professional experience with SAP HR, OM and SuccessFactors

• At ease in a highly personalized environment

• Good experience in writing technical specifications

• Good communication skills and team spirit

• Strong understanding of the concept of integrating SAP modules

• Resourcefulness and sense of responsibility sought

• BAC in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English), Spanish strong asset
