This is a 1 year contract opportunity

What will you do?

• Assist in the coordination of HR projects including workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, Digital & AI HR assistant tool, HR analytics dashboard, and AODA.
• Support Learning & Development in the review of new courses and content, coordination of top talent program and preparation of newsletters on learning and development topics.
• Interact with People & Organization and Talent Acquisition Business Partners, employees and managers to assist with any questions they may have with HR and recruiting programs, processes and policies.
• Support in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts within the P&O team.
• Participate in HR meetings and in the development of HR presentations and training content.

What will you need to succeed?

• Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
• Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness
• New graduate from a college or university program in Human Resources.
• Bilingual in French required
• Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions
• The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
• Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities)
• Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks
• Growth mindset, with a passion for learning
• Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
