Recognized professional accounting designation with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience;

Reviews month-end procedures, internal and external reporting and supports staff with preparing annual reports, audit, filings and other regulatory requirements.

Leads and builds a team of diverse, skilled and dedicated professionals committed to the YMCA’s mission, vision and strategic priorities

Proven success in a similar position with similar responsibilities;

Technology savvy with experience in selecting, implementing, and overseeing business software and managing relationships with software vendors;

Effective verbal and in-writing communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, conflict management, and leadership skills.

Manages tax returns and maximizes tax credit, as applicable. Coordinates with the investors for US tax matters.

Continuously improves the departmental practices and policies to support AtomVie’s goals and to adapt with the regulations and requirements changes.

Demonstrated experience in leading the development of financial systems, reporting policies, and controls in a growing or changing business environment.

Hands on experience in financial modelling, M&A, and business deals.

Experience in implementing and/or using financial digital systems.

SAP experience in Order Management (SD) is required

Generate all transactions related to subscription services invoicing and renewals in SAP as related to our overall order management processes

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience is required. Knowledge of SF Workflows and SF Report Builder would be an asset

Functions independently and makes decisions with regards to daily activities with direction from Department Manager

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management

College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or relevant work experience

Maintain rent roll and associated charges in finance system as per lease agreement

Reconcile specialty leasing and storage contracts and ensure agreements are processed in finance systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively provide clear responses to client

Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with strong interpersonal skills.

Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and objectives, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Lead and coach the finance and accounting team, with a focus on upskilling and talent development.

Participate in the decision-making process in the organization, in consultation with the Managing Partner and Management Team.

Demonstrated achievement in recruiting for hard-to-fill roles, including but not limited to sales, engineering, trades, IT, finance, and/or management positions.

Manage candidates throughout the interview process, including presenting and closing offers.

Strong practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and proven ability to build, manage and track candidate pipelines.

Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs across the business.

Grow and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 10+ open roles and achieve hiring goals.

Asset: Experience developing, designing and updating training content for a learning management system (LMS)
