Global Talent Technology Specialist - 1 Year Contract

This role is pivotal in managing and executing global talent technology needs, focusing on Training, Change Management, Project management. The Global TA Technology Manager will develop and implement learning strategies, enhance user adoption, and optimize service delivery through process streamlining. Duties include project task completion, stakeholder engagement, and fostering global connections. They oversee global Talent systems like applicant tracking, talent management, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities

• Streamline user experience, conduct surveys.

Qualifications
Requirements

• 7+ years HR experience, talent systems included.
• Proficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
• Manage multiple projects independently.
• Organized, proactive, confidential.
• 4+ years project experience.
• Strong internal consulting, change influence.
• Detail-oriented quick learner for data.
• Build cross-functional relationships.
• Effective communication and presentation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience.
• Global virtual team experience.
