Job Description
Purpose:


Reporting to the Manager, Customer Operations, the Subscriptions & Renewals Coordinator will assist with the achievement of corporate goals and objectives by administering March Networks Hosted Services Subscriptions and Renewals, within the Customer Operations Department. The Subscriptions & Renewals Coordinator interfaces internally with all levels and departments in the organization, as well as our external customers, to ensure that March Networks Subscription Services are invoiced and renewed in a timely manner.


Duties:


  • Generate all transactions related to subscription services invoicing and renewals in SAP as related to our overall order management processes
  • Gather, track and maintain renewal information, report on upcoming renewals
  • Provides phone and email support to customers with regard to service renewals
  • Liaise with the Sales, Professional Services and Operations departments to ensure smooth order flow, initiation of services billings and successful close of service renewals
  • Commence reoccurring billing once March Networks Hosted Services have been initiated
  • Proactively notify customers of upcoming renewals, provide relevant quote & previous order information to make it easy for customers and ensure payment
  • Functions independently and makes decisions with regards to daily activities with direction from Department Manager


Education:


  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a customer service representative in a high tech environment. Experience in the administration of service renewals required
  • SAP experience in Order Management (SD) is required
  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience is required. Knowledge of SF Workflows and SF Report Builder would be an asset


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills for customer and inter-company interactions
  • Able to prioritize and multitask, has a high level of attention to detail, committed to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive mindset, with a high desire to resolve issues and find creative solutions
