The impact you will have:

As our Renewals Management Specialist you will use your relationship management skills to drive revenue opportunities of our software and support subscription renewals. You will have direct impact driving business results and improve renewals departmental efficiencies.

What you'll do:

• Ensuring that special cost is sourced, captured and entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Partner with presales resources to maximize customer value on renewal opportunities
• Manage the beginning of the sales cycle for each renewal opportunity and work closely with our internal sales team.
• Become a subject matter expert on Softchoice's incumbent renewal process and train sales on renewals best practices
• Demonstrated commitment to data fidelity and accuracy through daily reporting
• Identify process improvements that will improve our customer experience and assist with projects driving system and business enhancements.
• Educate sales on specific vendor nuances
• Execute renewal transactions to achieve targets by managing renewal opportunities and producing quotes within Salesforce
• Regularly interact and proactively communicate with external partners (vendors) and manufacturers, ensuring accuracy of data and pricing continuity.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Salesforce and SAP experience would be an asset
• 2-4 years of business experience, with a strong preference for experience in the technology industry, reseller or distributor
• Organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities
• Ability to identify issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement
• Microsoft Office expertise, specifically with Outlook, Teams and Excel
