Manage the beginning of the sales cycle for each renewal opportunity and work closely with our internal sales team.

Identify process improvements that will improve our customer experience and assist with projects driving system and business enhancements.

2-4 years of business experience, with a strong preference for experience in the technology industry, reseller or distributor

Salesforce and SAP experience would be an asset

SAP experience in Order Management (SD) is required

Generate all transactions related to subscription services invoicing and renewals in SAP as related to our overall order management processes

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience is required. Knowledge of SF Workflows and SF Report Builder would be an asset

Functions independently and makes decisions with regards to daily activities with direction from Department Manager

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Minimum 2 years people management experience

Completion of a post-secondary degree commerce/finance related field or comparable mortgage related experience

Developing the team members’ skills and confidence levels in delivering quality conversations via phone and email

5 years’ experience with sales or customer service

Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills

Established and meticulous organizational skills

Be a subject matter expert on transactional renewals, the renewals lifecycle and renewals management

Proven customer service skills and demonstrated customer experience mindset

Supervisor a team of Renewals Specialists and ensuring team coverage is aligned to business requirements

Provide on-going guidance and knowledge sharing with Renewals Specialists through regular one on ones

Assess and identify any knowledge gaps and provide coaching/feedback as required

Strong process management, financial acumen, and contractual negotiation skills

Track and manage renewal and upsell forecast weekly

Manage, foster and grow relationships at the executive level with high visibility, key clients

Collaborate across functions- such as sales, RevOps, and CSM- to deliver seamless experiences for clients and drive business outcomes

Minimum 5 years account sales experience in SaaS

Proven executive presence and resolve as well as strong communication skills, ability to articulate and sell a vision internally and externally

Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Four-year degree preferred; minimum one year customer service experience or equivalent education and experience

Manage the renewal process, from quoting, internal approvals, through to ensuring the Order is processed correctly.

Weekly forecast to Senior Customer Operations Manager on bookings and losses.

Minimum of one year experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required

Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Keep monthly portfolio spreadsheets up to date and available for review by management upon request

Efficiently and accurately complete any additional projects and tasks related to SFR Renewals that may be assigned by management

Working knowledge of residential mortgages and processes, and thorough understanding of products offered by Equitable

Completed post-secondary program in a related discipline and/or 2-3 years of experience in a related field

Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong decision making and problem solving abilities

1-3 years people management experience

Excellent oral/written communication, relationship management, and time management skills are a must.

Rapidly triage and escalate complex issues to management for resolution.

Efficiently and accurately complete any additional projects and tasks related to SFR Renewals that may be assigned by management

Must be able to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment with tight time frames which are closely scrutinized by Senior/Executive Management.

Product knowledge of residential mortgages, processes, and thorough understanding of products offered by Equitable Bank

Minimum Five years experience in contract management/software renewals

Management and tracking of revenue, profitability and rebate funding that is relevant to the software line.

Enlists the support of sales, partner management, sales operations, discipline and Management needed to support your product line initiative.
