Title: LinkedIn Specialist (Part-Time)
Company: Godspeed Group
Location: Hybrid (Reporting to Corporate Office in Mississauga three days a week)
Position Type: Part-Time / 20 hours per week
Are you a savvy LinkedIn professional with a passion for content management, branding, and outreach? If you have a knack for crafting compelling narratives, building a strong online presence, and engaging with audiences on LinkedIn, we want you to join our team as a LinkedIn Specialist!
Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy aligned with our brand and goals.
·Create and curate engaging, relevant, and valuable content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and other formats.
·Ideate and brainstorm creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
·Craft captivating headlines, captions, and stories to captivate and inspire our LinkedIn followers.
·Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule to drive engagement and brand visibility.
·Engage with our LinkedIn community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and content materials for LinkedIn initiatives.
·Lead outreach campaigns to connect with industry professionals, partners, and potential clients.
·Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track performance metrics and make data-driven content decisions.
·Maintain and enhance the company's LinkedIn profile, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
·Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn trends, features, and best practices to maximize our impact.
Qualifications:
·A post-secondary diploma with a focus on marketing communications and or equivalent related business experience
·1-3 years in a marketing, communications or advertising role is mandatory.
·Proven experience in content management and LinkedIn marketing.
·Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
·Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
·Familiarity with LinkedIn's platform, algorithms, and engagement dynamics.
·Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing strategies.
·Knowledge of branding principles and how to reflect them on LinkedIn.
·Proficiency in using content scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.
·Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
·A genuine passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing.
Compensation: $25 per hour (Part-Time)
