Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage execution of all sales campaigns
  • Monitor and track sales metrics, prepare and present regular reports to senior management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client’s customer base in assigned territories
  • Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales, and share knowledge with the sales team to enhance their effectiveness


Requirements


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2 years) in field sales, including experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Fully bilingual (French and English)
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales productivity tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

Salary - $70,000/year
