Post-secondary education in business, IT, or related field and a minimum 2 years of related work experience.

Experience in creating templates, documentation and processes to support program, project, and administrative needs.

Excellent research and analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective relationship across all levels.

Experience with customer feedback management platforms is an asset
