Job description
We are looking for a person with drive, passion, and energy to join our team — we’re hoping that’s you.
Your role as a part-time Marketing Account Manager will be running social media accounts, creating original content, and managing the brands for a handful of our clients. You’ll also be assisting with strategy and tactical execution on 360-degree marketing campaigns.
You’ll get the opportunity to work on unique projects and explore different creative opportunities directly with our clients.
It goes without saying that you have strong knowledge of social media platforms, marketing strategy, experience designing content and visuals, and an ability to work independently as part of a fully-remote team.

What we are looking for:
Who You Are

Main Responsibilities
- Staying on top of trends, new features, and best practices for content creation and social media.
- Assisting in growth opportunities with existing clients and creating business opportunities with new clients
- Community Management to organically grow client’s online communities, answer and reply to direct messages, comments, and reviews.
- Tactical management of social media accounts and editorial calendars
- Assisting with marketing and brand strategy
- Analyzing posts, content, and account data to provide insights and identify trends to improve results.
- Designing visuals, graphics, reports, and other marketing materials
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly progress reports for clients measuring marketing channels and creative campaign performances
- Copywriting in French and English for client content creation
- Assisting in the development of client presentations to answer client briefs
Qualifications
- Deep, fundamental, understanding of marketing and brand strategy
- Business degree, marketing degree, communications degreeORa minimum of one year of experience in a similar role — in agency, in media, or on a personal project.
- Ability to create content — design and copywriting
- Ability to understand current marketing trends and tie them with creative concepts
Marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media with experience working with diverse platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
- Good video editing skills and familiarity with video editing tools (premier pro, final cut, etc)
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both French and English
- Familiar with social ads and managing ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, installing Pixels and Insight Tags)

Salary: $25/Hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday. This is a remote position with weekly / bi-weekly meetings.
- This position requires 15-20 hours of work per week. (Additional hours may be requested).
