Company Description


Our client in logistics fulfillment and supply chain management, provides fast and cost-effective delivery of clients' goods to the consumer to maximize their e-commerce experience.


This is a full-time, permanent position, with a salary range of 55-65k.



Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

Manage daily client activities, promptly address inquiries and requests, and maintain positive client relationships.

Monitor and forecast account metrics for clients, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Prepare account reports as requested by clients or managers to keep them informed about their account status.

Attend monthly client meetings to discuss operational topics, required changes, and distribution center operations.

Collaborate with operations and sales departments to identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent service.

Develop productive working relationships with all relevant stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction.


Qualifications


Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager and in customer service.

Previous experience in the logistics industry.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual proficiency in both written and oral English and French

Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Strong organizational, detail-oriented, analytical, processing, and reporting skills.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.

Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car for client visits.
