ACCOUNT MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS
Long Island - Smithtown
Position Summary
The Account Manager assists our very fast-paced regional office in managing the security officer workforce with respect to staffing and scheduling and must have experience in handling an operation of minimum 6500 hours per week in the private security business.
The Account Manager cultivates relationships and serves as trusted service provider to our valued client base and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client and employee experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Be the liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
• Ensures contract compliance
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Scheduling based on client needs
• Drives operational accountability
• Effectively manages people and costs
• Drafts and updates security post orders
• Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required

• Ability to work in high pressure situations with hard deadlines
• Knowledge of WinTeam & eHub preferred
• Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow strict processes
• Must have ability to work nights & weekends as accounts require
• Works well within a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must have 2 year's experience managing security operations or accounts
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• HS Diploma/GED
