Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Business Account Executive, you'll drive business growth and strategic partnerships in the transportation industry. Utilizing your logistics expertise, you'll identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee shipping processes. This role demands strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service, and a passion for delivering results.


Responsibilities:

  • Expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Identify business development and sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance to customers.
  • Ensure timely and successful service delivery based on customer needs.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and information requests.
  • Communicate with the pricing department to set rates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with operational colleagues to meet customer requirements and drive growth.
  • Maintain potential customer information in our CRM system.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of transportation or logistics industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Transport brokerage (3PL) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
