From taking on new leads, learning the ins and outs of our product offerings, and ensuring our customers are educated and informed along every step of the process. Skills & Experience

• Experience in Excel / Word / Outlook
• MUST speak fluent in French
• Strong time management skills
• History of working successfully in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor
• 1-3 years of experience with sales or sales administration
• Knowledge of the packaging industry a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Regular follow up with existing clients and recently sent quotes
• Provide customer support via email and phone, providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Answer telephones and transfer calls accordingly
• Satisfy order requests from initial contact to final production approvals
• Enter dockets into ordering system, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided
• Create and send estimates
• Update clients on status of orders/completion dates
• Send sample orders to customers
• Assist the sales team with any requested tasks
• Send documents for customer approval and receive / file / input and store documents relating to sales
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Monitor shared inbox and respond to emails accordingly
• Learn material structures and all product information relating to Rootree’s services
