We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our client's team at an IT Managed Service Provider. You will play a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness and operational excellence, focusing on optimizing and streamlining our client's sales processes, systems, and strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments.
The position can pay in the ballpark of $100,000, offers growth prospects, a discretionary bonus, group benefits, three (3) weeks of vacation, parking onsite, Friday hours, and team activities.
100% Necessary Requirements:
-IT MSP or IT VAR experience
-Strong in English with working French
-3+ years of IT service Sales Operations Management experience
-Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics
-Experience in partnership-level management (including vendor management)
