The Program Manager is a solution oriented leader that is responsible for partnering with initiative owners to develop and execute an overarching strategy that will accomplish a specific set of deliverables. You will be a member of and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that clear program level reporting, driving the resolution of risks and issues to closure.Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross functional teams , IT/Business Owners, Team Members and Leaders
• Create appropriate visuals that crisply articulate program strategy/risks/issues/ next steps

The Successful Applicant

• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel
• Experience following-up/ holding action owners accountable to committed to dates
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities-Understanding of Jira & Confluence (nice to have)
• Adaptive agile - Experience working with/leading a agile teams
