Our expectations

Reporting to theErona IT Services Manager, the Senior IT Developer works in a matrix structure. He is part of the Erona evolution team of a specific business area and also has to carry out projects in a project team. Its mandate is to carry out the development and support of applications. He must also participate in the analysis, while making the link with the client.

Your role

• Participate in the training of support staff.
• Participate in the production launch.
• Maintain application procedures and documentation.
• Follow the methodology and standards of the project office.
• Perform system unit tests.
• Occasionally write functional and technical documentation.
• Code according to the specifications of the analysis document.
• Participate in the writing and execution of system integration test scenarios.
• Participate and/or write analyzes as needed.
• Possibility of mandatory extension to the support team outside normal office hours (rotating team).
• Ensure follow-up during the post-implementation period.

The Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Development tool: MyEclipse
• Listening to customers
• Mobile device: React, Android/Java
• Have the ability to easily adapt to changes
• Have the ability to popularize and communicate their knowledge
• Have experience in marketing and retail
• Have a university degree or college diploma in computer science
• Source and build management: svn, ant, maven
• Have at least five (5) years of experience in application system development, with experience as an application developer
• Possess analytical and synthesis skills

• Linux environment: ssh, ksh
• Database: Oracle sql, pl-sql (Progress 4gl an asset)
• Development environment: Java7, Servlet, Struts, JSP/JSTL, JSF, Spring, iBatis, xml, json, html, css, javascript
• Very good knowledge of one of the following technologies and interest in wanting to learn from others;
