Trump Systems is a dynamic Managed IT Services Provider serving the Bolton, Orangeville and Mississauga area. We are offering an exciting and fast paced opportunity that engages skills in project work, migrations, maintenance, system backups, and documentation of computer infrastructure/equipment.

This position requires strong knowledge of the following:

• VOIP Phone installation and configuration
• Familiarity with Windows Virtualization Configuration and setup (VMware/HyperV)
• Advanced familiarity with IT Help Desk requests & Troubleshooting
• Migration of SMTP/IMAP email platforms to Office 365
• Familiarity with migrating Virtual Machines from older to newer hardware
• Understanding of Network Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Familiarity of Firewall/Switch Installation and administration (Cisco/Ubiquiti)
• Office 365 Administration & Configuration/setup
• Experience with RMM tools/software, (Teamviewer/Anydesk)
• Logging time and resolutions in tickets
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems for Workstations and Servers
• Must have CCNA Certification
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Salesforce/Zendesk/Solarwinds)
• Experience in administrating Active Directory & Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Vendor Certifications preferred (Microsoft/Cisco/AzureAD/Office 365)
• Minimum 8 years of IT Experience
• Previous Experience working with RMM and PSA tools is considered an asset
• Valid Ontario’s Drivers License and transportation
• Previous experience working for an MSP is considered an asset
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Regular Onsite Client engagements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00+ per year (Depending on Experience/Certifications)
