Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Service Centre Manager, the incumbent based in the East End of Montreal will be responsible for:

• Offer on-site and remote support, by phone and email, to the company's users and all their retailers;
• Maintain the knowledge bank.
• Collaborate on projects and various tasks of the Help Center;
• Install, configure, maintain, and enhance workstations, laptops, and phones for current and new employees;
• Diagnose and resolve level 2 problems;

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and M365;
• AEC, DEP or DEC in computer science, or equivalent;
• Bilingual (French and English impeccable both orally and in writing).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc. network protocols;
• More than 2 years of experience as an IT technician / Helpdesk;
• Customer service oriented;
