It Technician Jobs

Our client is seeking a IT technician to Join their Team.

Candidate MUST Speak French and English

You will be providing initial support for PCs and laptops covering hardware and software issues. You'll use Knowledge Bases and other resources to help answer questions and route issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

What you will do

• First point of contact with staff when troubleshooting computer and systems issues both onsite and remote
• Utilize Help Desk Ticketing system to organize, track, and complete IT issues
• Create and maintain documentation for training and standard operating procedures
• Facilitate in updating all workstations within the company including MDM
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace computer hardware. Perform printer maintenance and other general IT office tasks

Experience and Knowledge

• Microsoft certification, knowledge of videoconferencing systems and experience in investment management software support (e.g., Bloomberg) are assets;
• You have an in-depth knowledge of concepts relating to Active Directory, Intune, NTFS security, Terminal Servers environment and Smartphones;
• You have a college diploma in computer science or in a related field;
• You have sound knowledge of information security practices.
• You have a high-level of proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and OneDrive;
• You have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience providing IT technical support;
• You have experience working with an ITSM and ITAM systems;
