Brand Portfolio Manager - Spirits

The Brand Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing national long-term strategies and annual marketing plans. They oversee the supplier’s portfolio of brands and play a critical role in developing and managing the business to maximize brand value, market share, and the achievement of the business plan. They work in strong collaboration with the supplier’s resources to jointly achieve the objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute business reviews with partners
• Plan and manage the product introduction process
• Develop and maintain strong trusting and value-based business relationships with partners at Sazerac
• Effectively collaborate with colleagues in other departments to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans (4P’s) that achieves expected KPI’s (volume, revenue and marketing spend) targets. Continuously review results, implementing corrective measures where necessary
• Analyze category data and identify key trends to make recommendations to partners that will foster their growth
• Develop and implement national consumer marketing initiatives
• Develop and implement 360-degree plans for new product launches

Education & Experiences

• WSET Certification (strong asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a national brand or supplier
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent
• Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (strong asset)
