About you:
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using and demonstrating software solutions. Proficient in CRM tools , HubSpot a plus. Proficient is other sales enablement tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience in the HR, staffing, or workforce management industry is a plus.
- Relationship-building skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture relationships at all levels of an organization. Proven ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations, influence decision-makers, and build rapport with clients. Native English Speaker C1/C2.
- Dynamic Presentation Skills: All Demo calls will be done virtually utilizing Google Meets or Zoom. The ability to navigate both systems while presenting decks and solutions is required.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Ability to showcase a history of consistently closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- Strategic thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customers' needs and pain points. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.
About the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations. Nurture these relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- You will be required to work American EST hours.
- Negotiate and close deals: Collaborate with customers to address concerns, overcome objections, and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team.
- Conduct sales presentations and demos: Articulate the value proposition of Upshift to potential clients. Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations that effectively highlight the features and benefits of our platform.
- Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a consistent basis. Track and report progress using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Understand customer needs: Actively listen to customer requirements, challenges, and pain points. Customize and present solutions that align with their specific needs, demonstrating how Upshift Work can provide effective workforce management solutions.
