Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced enterprise SaaSaccount executive to join us scaling Lanteria from $2 million to $10 million in sales.


You will be responsible for driving net new revenue in North America. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a “hunter” mentality who will take ownership of a territory to drive significant growth.


Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex deals and operating at the C-level at large enterprise customers


Important: You must have experience managing long, complex sales cycles.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to :


* Owning the full sales cycle from lead to deal close.

* Establishing lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

* Fostering new relationships through outbound efforts

* Working closely with the BDR establishing lead generation activity for your territory

* Identifying customer needs and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and expansion

* Initiating, negotiating and closing new contracts with customers

* Collaborating with different members of the team (Product, Compliance, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.)

* Serving as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

* Acquiring and utilizing industry and geographic knowledge related to macro and industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors


A successful Account Executive will have the following:


* 5+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience

* Viewed as a thought leader in sales with a broad network

* Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization

* Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts

* Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization

* Shown negotiation and closing skills

* Consistent track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations

* Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively

* Experience creating and presenting content to senior managers and the C-suite

* Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process

* Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships

* Ability to be flexible and adaptive


Huge plus if you are familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem, or HRMS ecosystem.
