2 years of experiential marketing, event management, agency, or similar role experience.

Support vehicle management process, logistics, preparation, and documentation for all events.

Sports partnership and/or Auto Show experience would be an asset.

Must possess advanced MS office suite skills.

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, budgeting, and execution skills.

·Knowledge of communications, finance, and marketing as appropriate; ability to direct budgets.

Mandatory: previous traditional advertising agency experience

3 years of agency experience

Salary range: $50,000- $55,000 based on experience

·3+ years advertising agency experience in a client-facing position.

·Excellent communications skills and the ability to clearly present information verbally.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

Monitor and track sales metrics, prepare and present regular reports to senior management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Proven experience (2 years) in field sales, including experience in a leadership or managerial role

Manage execution of all sales campaigns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

Administration and program management including assistance with budget tracking and financial tracking

Compile event summary wrap up reports, analytics, measurement, presentation slides, and strategic recommendations to management

Manage individual project budgets, work-back schedules, and approval processes for internal and external creative resources

Maintain on-going communication with agencies, Senior Specialist and department Manager with current event information and results

Manage marketing fleet needs - transporting, fueling/charging, detailing, invoice payment etc.

Prior event marketing experience, ideally one year minimum

2+ years in an Account Management role

Escalate obstacles to implementation to relevant teams or management, as necessary.

Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred

Experience working with professional contractor industry preferred

Experience managing 40-50+ low to high-touch clients

Experience relaying complicated concepts to non-technical people, while maintaining ability to collaborate with highly-technical people

Tactical management of social media accounts and editorial calendars

Community Management to organically grow client’s online communities, answer and reply to direct messages, comments, and reviews.

Strong knowledge of social media with experience working with diverse platforms and scheduling tools

Demonstrates excellent time management and attention to detail

Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)

Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both French and English

Experience working on remote teams

Support the development of brand experience activations for our clients

Secure, manage and coach event and brand ambassador teams

Strong professional communication skills, oral, written, and active listening

Ability to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment, at times under pressure

Willingness to travel if/when applicable for programming requirements

You have event management and project management experience

Proven experience in client onboarding, relationship management, and project coordination.

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for clients' meal prep businesses.

Build and optimize Shopify sites for clients, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer strategic recommendations.
