Job Description

As an Account Manager specializing in Client Onboarding, Upselling, and Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and achieve rapid, efficient results. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding clients through the onboarding process, maintaining open lines of communication, overseeing key team members, running paid FB and Instagram ads, and leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:Welcome and guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

Provide comprehensive orientation on our offerings, tools, and processes to set clear expectations.

Effective Client Communication:Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, or feedback.

Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects and any relevant updates.

Team Management:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and ensure client deliverables are met promptly and with exceptional quality.

Provide guidance and support to team members to optimize client outcomes.

Client Result Acceleration:Develop strategies to expedite client progress and enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor client performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Running Paid FB and Instagram Ads:Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive client acquisition and engagement.

Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Digital Marketing and E-commerce Expertise:Leverage your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge strategies.

Upselling and Revenue Growth:Identify opportunities for upselling higher-tier services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and goals.

Take ownership of the upselling process, demonstrating the value of additional services and securing renewals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5C 4R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
