Sales Leader/Team Manager for a Real Estate Photo/Video Company in the Growth Phase, Sudbury, ON

With a mission to revolutionize the way properties are showcased we are dedicated to providing high level photography & videography services with ease of order and delivery to our valued customers.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Leader/Manager to join our team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of employees and drive our company's sales strategy to new heights and expand our presence in the market.

Salary based on experience and skills bringing to the company. Base Salary + Bonus system with increased sales and sales targets reached. Should get to the $60-70,000 range. Mileage compensated.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and untapped customer segments to expand the company's customer base.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual support.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to produce high quality work and maximize their potential.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the team's performance and skills.

Business Development:

• Participate in networking events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
• Explore and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
• Attend Industry conferences for continued growth ideas.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in a small company environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
