Position Summary

Hatch is seeking a Winter Co-op 2023-Digital Marketing and Sales student with an interest in sales, business development and marketing for a 4-month internship starting Winter 2024. Reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development/management of product marketing literature (e.g., brochures, sell sheets, case studies, campaign material, presentations, etc.)
• This role is well-suited for a self-motivated team player with strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management abilities. The successful candidate can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and attending to details.
• Exercise excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
• Convert technical and engineering content into client-facing materials that may be consumed by a non-technical audience.

Education And Experience

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, assuring quality of personal work
• Works well in a team environment, balances requests from multiple team members, with an ability to adapt to different working styles.
• Strong knowledge of IT programs, systems, and tools
• 2nd or 3rd year student in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• A passion for sales and business development
• Strong MS Office skills, Photoshop, Indesign, iMovie++
