Marketing Account Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, serving as their main point of contact, managing team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. You will play a critical role in helping our clients grow their meal prep businesses through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Utilize your understanding of copywriting and digital marketing to develop and implement effective strategies for client success.
• Respond to client emails promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for clients' meal prep businesses.
• Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer strategic recommendations.
• Onboard new clients and establish strong relationships by understanding their unique goals and needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage a team of professionals to complete client deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
• Build and optimize Shopify sites for clients, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with email management tools and video conferencing platforms.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing Shopify sites, including knowledge of themes, plugins, and customizations.
• Proven experience in client onboarding, relationship management, and project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Solid understanding of copywriting, digital marketing, and social media advertising, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
