Now going into our 11th year of business Reno Lighting is growing at a rapid pace with our ability to custom design fixtures and adjust our go to market strategy based on lighting trends.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LED lighting solutions/products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or 3-5 years lighting/electrical industry experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in lead generation and sales
• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills

Compensation

• Annual Bonus/Sales Bonus based on performance
• Work related expenses covered (cell phone, gas, client meals, etc)
• Salary + Commission
