What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, both in French and English. You should have a strong background in marketing and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills. As a PM, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating various marketing initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing expectations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates, identifying risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved budget.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation to final implementation, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete and filed appropriately.
• Ability to maintain a client-centric approach by understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviour, and going above and beyond.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and the ability to pay attention to small details and ensure accuracy in all aspects of project management and deliverables.
• In-depth understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks, make project-based decisions and remove obstacles that hinder the project’s progress.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a marketing agency or related industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to be flexible and proactive–we are looking for someone who can take initiative and, motivate the team to work collaboratively.
