Position Scope:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will have overall responsibility for marketing and brand management of Company’s goods and services. He/she leads the marketing team in identifying and developing marketing strategies and tactics which align with Company’s business goals. These initiatives will drive marketing innovation and differentiate Company to ensure brand recognition and key positioning within Company’s respective market segments.


The Sr. Marketing Manager reports to the President.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of all marketing and advertising events and promotions.
  • Accountable for the success of new product launches.
  • Generate sales leads through aggressive marketing and advertising techniques.
  • Strategic product marketing messaging and branding across all channels
  • Identify new and innovative means for new product launches, market and advertising initiatives and brand management.
  • Develops sales enablement tools, collateral, and other sales support mechanisms for the sales team.
  • Survey customer recognition, engagement, retention, and satisfaction annually and take corrective actions to protect the brand when needed.
  • Support product management with research and market evaluations
  • Manage brand/product strategic positioning for all of Company’s products in their respective markets.
  • Up to 10% travel

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or another relevant field.


Years of Experience

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

  • Prepare and execute marketing messaging for trade shows and events.
