About Us Paper Shoot Camera is an innovative digital photography brand that has revolutionized the way people capture their memories. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and help steer the ship as we continue to grow.

Job Summary As our Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively across various areas. This includes inventory management, financial management, team supervision, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless operations across all areas of our company.
• Monitor inventory across various platforms and locations, managing product set-up and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Address customer service queries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service.
• Ensure company operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee onboarding of new partners and retailers, manage purchase orders and invoices, and maintain strong relationships with associates.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of our website projects, ensuring a user-friendly and glitch-free customer experience.
• Handle financial management tasks including payments to suppliers, tax matters, and account supervision.
• Supervise team performance, providing feedback and implementing necessary corrective actions to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Etsy) and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in an operations management role.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and mentoring teams.

Salary: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
