What Is Your Role


As a Senior Sales Operations professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring efficient and effective sales processes, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. With your experience in sales operations, outbound sales, and retail, you will bring expertise and leadership to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.

What Will You Do
  • Work Cross-Functionally to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine production and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee the placement, fulfillment, and invoicing of Contract/Bulk orders, including Common Living orders.
  • Leverage your sales skills to promote Floyd’s products, events, and brand effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely registration of new trade accounts.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Engage with inbound Contract/Bulk customers:
  • Generate new B2B business through outbound outreach:
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and provide the necessary support to ensure successful order completion.
  • Respond to pre-purchase questions and provide quotes and pricing information.
  • Collaborate with trade customers to facilitate order placement, including ordering swatches, creating quotes, and addressing any order-related inquiries.
  • Personalize emails as needed to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Assist trade customers with order placement:
  • Manage Contract/Bulk orders:
  • Conduct outbound outreach to identify and acquire new B2B customers,including both trade and contract clients.
  • Register and onboard new Trade Accounts:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely resolutions and accurate answers.
  • Support showroom operations:
  • Generate showroom quotes and manage showroom email communication.
  • Address pre and post-purchase questions and needs from all B2B customers.
  • Handle pre and post-purchase inquiries:
  • Provide ad-hoc support for sales channel onboarding and maintenance:
  • Assist in the onboarding process of sales channels by providing product information, assets, and proactive communication regarding any product or pricing changes.

YOU HAVE…


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Any B2B related courses.
  • Leadership, resilient and driven.
  • At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales
  • Experience in retail and in-person sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • CRMs experiences (Gsuite,Kustomer, Slab)
  • Experience in furniture sales.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Open to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
