Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the dynamic team as the VP of Operations at Quick Service Restaurant chain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations department of rapidly growing operations. Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven success in a director-level role within a quick service restaurant chain for at least 5 years.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement change initiatives successfully.
• Deep understanding of operational best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the quick service restaurant sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for growth.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Lead and oversee the entire operations department, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all locations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the operations department.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of directors and managers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
