Who You Are:
As an experienced marketing professional, you are enthusiastic about designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will take ownership and accountability across a range of executive education products, leveraging strong organization and project management skills to effectively allocate resources and support the Ivey Academy’s strategic priorities.
Through collaboration with Ivey faculty members, the Academy team, external agencies, and creative contractors, you will develop compelling sales assets, advertising campaigns, and client materials. By researching and deeply understanding the needs of The Ivey Academy customer base, you will be instrumental in driving enrollment, representing the Ivey brand, and nurturing client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Design, manage, and evaluate product marketing campaigns
- Support internal communications campaigns.
- Design, implement and manage program recruitment campaigns, driving awareness and lead generation across a variety of digital and traditional channels.
- Create and maintain faculty and coach biography landing pages.
- Host and promote info sessions, demo events, and faculty speaking engagements.
- Implement web content updates via content management system.
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing analytics data from a variety of sources including Google Analytics 4, Hootsuite, and Salesforce. Manage projects and track budgets and performance for key campaigns.
- Work with Communications Specialist to raise awareness of products and produce content marketing, email, and social media campaigns. Manage product editorial plans.
- Work directly and with external creative contractors to produce and maintain sales assets (brochures, videos, landing pages).
- Map customer journeys and marketing automation. Design, produce, and optimize lead nurture campaigns across segments and channels.
- Research and refine product positioning, copywriting, and search engine optimization.
- Plan, conduct, and produce testimonial interviews with participants.
- Work with digital agency to implement and optimize program advertising campaigns.
- Manage a marketing internship placement and oversee intern activities.
Manage account marketing initiatives
- Produce promotional assets and landing pages for client HR teams.
- Optimize and provide creative input on client proposals and presentations.
- Work with Communications Specialist, faculty, and external providers to coordinate client-centric content marketing.
- Conduct industry and account research to support account marketing plans.
- Manage conference attendance and community sponsorships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to help identify, track, and nurture qualified B2B opportunities.
- Research and write client work cases.
Support partnership programs and oversee channel marketing
- Coordinate promotional materials and brand alignment with marketing teams at our partner organizations, including but not limited to KPMG, CVCA, CPA Ontario, AMCTO, and IIAC.
- Develop content assets to support the acquisition of program sponsors.
- Research and identify potential channel marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate program listings on third party digital directories and submit programs for accreditation with industry associations and professional organizations.
What You Have:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. Certificates in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics an asset. Post-graduate education in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing roles. Experience in marketing or creative agencies an asset; experience in higher education sector an asset; B2B marketing experience an asset; content marketing experience an asset.
Skills & Abilities
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere, Audition) an asset
- Precise and organized project management capabilities
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize activities according to larger strategic goals.
- Demonstrated initiative; ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion within tightly prescribed timelines
- High level of digital fluency; experienced with CMS platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation. Salesforce experience an asset
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising tactics and mechanics
- Effective oral communication skills and compelling copywriting ability
- Able to build and maintain business relationships with other departments, key business partners and external agencies.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs, Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently and effectively as a member of the team to achieve department goals.

Location:
London, Ontario
Position Type:
Full-time (35/hours a week) 3-year renewable contract.
Hiring Range
Based on the salary band for this role, candidates can expect to be offered a starting salary in the range of $72,600- $90,800. When determining salary, Ivey Business School considers the external market, candidate qualifications, as well as internal equity. Once in the role, successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through the range and beyond the hiring range of the band, through annual increases.
