The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team with ownership of the strategy and overseeing execution of marketing programs and campaigns to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for Assent.


This role will design, plan and execute multi-touch demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels in partnership and supported by channel owners, and drive alignment with sales.


The Demand team works hard to develop and execute integrated campaigns that have strong product positioning and consistently develop new ways to differentiate Assent in the market.


Key Requirements And Responsibilities


  • .Define goals and KPIs for integrated marketing programs and establish growth targets.
  • Lead marketing campaign planning in partnership with marketing leadership and sales leadership to align on product, industry and segment priorities.
  • Own strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to engage key personas for Assent’s platform, partnering with Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Public Relations, Marketing Operations, Events, Digital Marketing, and Sales on development and delivery of key programs.
  • Oversee management of multiple campaigns – with a focus driving new customer acquisition and engagement from lead to opportunity.
  • Ensure programs perform against goals and are continually optimized as required to meet objectives (qualified leads, pipeline, and channel performance).
  • Own quarterly reporting and analysis of marketing programs - present performance results, insights, learnings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales on lead nurture strategies and outreach sequences.
  • Responsible for the planning of multi-touch demand generation marketing programs and overseeing the execution across channels including webinars, digital marketing, content, account based marketing, events, and follow-up campaigns to deliver quality leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Drive strong campaign performance by constantly a/b testing and refining messaging, ad copy, visuals and communications across the customer lifecycle.
  • Gain commitment and buy-in of multiple stakeholders for marketing programs and proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk.

Qualifications


We strongly value your talent, energy and passion. It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications,


  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation, SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent program management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience with building out multi-touch and multi-channel programs and processes
  • A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and budget allocation.
  • Experience working across sales segments using a variety of messages relevant to each target audience
  • Strong understanding of lead to win flow and processes, standard methodologies and industry trends.
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.
  • Understanding and experience working with high touch, long sales journey
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC + Marketo/Pardot a big plus).


Additional Information


Preference for this role is for candidates residing in Ontario and Quebec.


The compensation range for this role is between CAD$115 000 and CAD$125 000
