About The Digital Marketing Manager Position
A marketing coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives within an organization.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and actively engage with followers.
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts.
• Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
• Collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and cross-promotion opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging platforms and technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the organization's social media presence.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, communications, and design, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
• Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
• Ensure that all social media content adheres to the organization's brand guidelines, voice, and tone. Maintain consistent branding across all social media channels and contribute to the development and implementation of social media style guides.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, promotions, and partnerships with influencers or brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the student demographic and their preferences is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in marketing or event coordination is advantageous
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
