What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain Capitol Project folders and critical path information for all current and future projects.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Assist with invoice approvals and purchase order creation and tracking.
• Coordinate and schedule all department and sub-department meetings including creation and dispersion of agendas and subsequent minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
• Execute department payroll activities.
• Review merchandising plans to determine cosmetic and beauty order requirements.

How you will succeed:

• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Organized and detail oriented
• 3+ years relevant industry experience
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
