Our client in the rental business is looking for an Account Coordinator who will be responsible for providing a high level of service through coordination of rental equipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities

• Managing a general email inbox of customer inquiries
• Coordinate sales and delivery efforts with salesperson, warehouse, other departments
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Ensuring product is returned promptly
• Taking orders and scheduling deliveries in a fast-paced environment
• Reviewing rental agreements
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
