The Account Coordinator works with the Account team to deliver integrated marketing solutions to an assigned roster of clients. This role requires the ability to be highly responsive, while remaining focused on details. Working with both the account group and internal resources, you will be executing and delivering assigned tasks to completion. You are a strong team player, can work independently and have the confidence and resourcefulness to tackle challenges.

Essential Job Functions
·Provide and lead front line support for marketing services programs including customer correspondence,
timeline management, budget management, reporting and other tasks, as required
·Issue and circulate contact reports following meetings
·Foster a good working relationship with clients, either through direct contact or in supportof client needs
·Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
as requested by the Account team
·Take initiative to provide support and accomplish set goals and targets for specific clients, dockets, and
initiatives
·Remain current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting client’s business
·management of client program inquiries including concise program tracking and reporting
·Excited to take on new challenges and suggest innovative solutions for our clients
·Respond and deliver Client and internal requests in a service-oriented manner
·Provides other administrative support to Account team including Docket opening and maintenance, PO
issuance, invoice/budget management etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-years agency related experience
- Highly developed organization, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- University or College education
- Fast paced, independent, forward thinking
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media is considered an asset
- Recognizes financial terminology and understands project budget
- Ability to work to deadlines
Please note, the use of own car is required for client meetings - mileage allowance provided.
