Junior Account Manager Jobs

Veres Career is searching for a RIBO-licensed Junior Account Manager to join our insurance brokerage client in Markham (Hybrid).

What’s Required?

Other than the outgoing attitude, here’s what you’ll need to stand out:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Power Broker and insurance company portals is an asset
• Team player, attention to detail attitude
• Strong working knowledge of personal lines auto and property coverages and limitations
• RIBO licensed
• Minimum 1 year of insurance experience

What’s The Job?

• Handling of insurance company memos
• Send out liability cards
• Take payment calls - process credit card payments in the portal
• Claims cheque distribution
• Complete and send out confirmation of coverage requests
• Handling of reminder notices and late payment notices
• Complete change requests in the portals
• Uploading New Business Endorsements
• Duties related to policy documents/applications/change requests, billing, etc.
