The Account Manage or Sales Representative is responsible for building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones within their portfolio. You will use your customer support and client retention techniques to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for introducing new products to your clients and supporting strategy to increase market share.
Looking for a self starter who can identify opportunities and see them through for strong business results. This individual would enjoy empowerment to impact change and work in a startup culture where initiative and hard work are always encouraged and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Conducting business development to build new client relationships as well as exploring opportunities with existing ones within your portfolio.
- Continue to support building company brand in the marketplace as a leader within the vaping and smoking accessories industry.
- Build credibility with your clients by continuously learning about the products and the market to show up as an expert for your clients.
- Use a consultative approach to share market insights and trends about what products that will allow clients to make better purchasing decisions (i.e., market intelligence, market visits, digital marketing)
- Build strong relationships through delivery and providing a great client experience.
- Work with different departments to find leads and opportunities for growth.
- Providing the highest level of customer service for inbound calls to ensure a high client retention rate as well as identify opportunities for increasing market share.
Required Qualifications
- Presence: Able to stand up with confidence and command regarding the brand/products, understanding the clients needs/pain to provide product solutions.
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable taking action without significant direction but also confident enough to be able to engage leadership at key points to gain alignment and assistance where needed
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross functional collaboration skills
- 1-2 years working experience in Vape (cannabis or tobacco) sales or customer service role.
Job Type: Full-time
Travel: 30% to 50%
Salary: $37,000.00-$500,000.00 per year (Base + Commissions)
