THE POSITION

In your role, as an Account Manager you will be capable of building and managing your own business, you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of prospects and clients and introducing them to skilled candidates who are actively looking on the job market.

  • Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
  • Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
  • Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments

Qualifications:

  • Strong team oriented working style
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
  • MUST HAVE sales, business development or cold calling experience
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
  • Very well-developed EQ - you will be the first contact in for potential clients & candidates
  • Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have.
  • You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeing companies grow
  • You thrive on personal achievement
